Operational Updates

Metro Red Line

As of now, services on the red line are operational in both directions, with exceptions. Train stations that are still temporarily closed are:

  • Equiti
  • Energy
  • Al Mashreq
  • ONPASSIVE

Station staff are on hand to guide passengers to alternative routes, ensuring you reach your destination hassle-free.

Metro Green Line

On the Green Line, all stations are running as usual, offering uninterrupted service to commuters.

Free Shuttle Services

The RTA is still providing free shuttle bus services at affected stations. However, commuters are urged to travel only if necessary, prioritising safety above all else.

Stay Dry With Smart Umbrellas

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has announced that on Thursday, May 2nd and 3rd, the country will see cloud formations and rainfall. So, this time, let’s all stay ahead of the curve and file our work-from-home now. However, if you find yourself needing to leave the house at this time and use the Dubai metro, then keep in mind that Al Ghubaiba Bus and Metro station users have access to free umbrellas that can be unlocked with your Nol card. Please stay safe, everyone!
