On 10 October 2021, a new innovative coding school opened its doors in Abu Dhabi. 42 Abu Dhabi, opens up with the motto of peer-to-peer and tuition-free learning. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office inaugurated the school in Mina Zayed.
This school has a whole new approach to learning, without teachers, students here learn self-discipline, creativity and collaboration. All the programs are offered at no cost and this place is open 24 hours a day. The only criteria required here is that the candidate should be at least 18 years old. No previous coding experience is required, interested candidates can register online and they will have to qualify for a logic and memory test.

This pioneering new school will provide an additional educational platform to build digital skills and a homegrown, future-ready workforce equipped to lead the technology-driven economy of the 21st century,” Sheikh Khaled said.
