The Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management in Dubai has modified some of its Covid-19 regulations by the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA). The new regulations went into force today, February 26.
Masks are still required to be worn in all public indoor locations in Dubai, including shopping malls and supermarkets. Masks are no longer required to be worn in public places such as beaches and public parks.
Close contacts of Covid-19 positive people who do not have any symptoms are no longer necessary to quarantine. Among other things, Dubai-bound travellers will need to provide an authorised Covid-19 immunisation certificate with a QR code.
Unvaccinated travellers travelling to Dubai must produce a negative PCR test result received within the past 48 hours or a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 with a QR code obtained one month before the date of departure.
