HYROX season is almost here. With two big events coming up in the UAE this October and November, plenty of people are putting in extra miles and extra reps. If you’re one of them, there’s a new spot in Dubai Marina worth knowing about. ARKHE has just opened as an official HYROX Training Club, and it’s built to help you train, recover and show up ready. Keep reading for all the details you need to know.
A Proper Home For HYROX Training
You’ll find ARKHE at Silverene Tower in Dubai Marina, where the club offers dedicated HYROX programming. It’s designed for anyone getting ready for an upcoming race, so if you’ve already got a start line in mind, the training is there to help you work towards it.
But you don’t need a race on the calendar to join in. ARKHE also welcomes anyone who simply wants to bring the HYROX training format into their regular fitness routine. If you’re looking to mix things up and try something new, this is a good place to start.
Recovery Is Part Of The Plan
Anyone who has trained hard knows that what you do after the workout matters just as much as the workout itself. ARKHE builds recovery right into the club experience, so it’s not an afterthought. Members can access a sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, compression boots and hyperbaric chambers as part of their wider training programme.
That means you can finish a tough session and head straight into recovery, all under the same roof.
A More Personal Look at Your Health
ARKHE goes a step further through its partnership with LONGEVITY-UK, bringing a more personalised approach to performance and wellbeing. Its functional wellness programmes include health and lifestyle assessments, advanced testing, regular consultations and personalised optimisation guidance.
The idea is simple: instead of guessing what your body needs, you get a clearer picture of it. Over time, that helps you understand your body and your lifestyle better, and make smarter choices about how you train and live.
Everything In One Place
By bringing training, recovery and longevity together, ARKHE offers a more joined-up approach for Dubai’s growing HYROX community. Whether you’re gearing up for your next event or just want to feel better in your everyday life, it’s a place where it all comes together.
If HYROX is on your radar this season, ARKHE is ready when you are.
