A villa in Emirates Hills has sold for AED 102.8 million, making it the second most expensive transaction in the premium community’s history. A Maltese businessman sold the villa to an Indian entrepreneur, which has a plot of 38,000 square feet and a built-up space of 20,000 square feet.

Emirates Hills is one of the city’s oldest and most affluent neighbourhoods, with a variety of one-of-a-kind mansion-style houses nestled on verdant avenues surrounding the Montgomerie Golf Club. The mansion also has a view of the golf field. The home has floor-to-ceiling windows, five large bedrooms, a private cinema, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre.
