One of the greatest tourist spots is now open in Sharjah! If you are an animal lover or are looking for a place to see some wildlife, this is the perfect place for you! The Sharjah Safari will have over 120 different animal species, including the rare black rhinoceros!
The safari will be the world’s largest outside of Africa, including 12 diverse African habitats. There will be a portion for giraffes, 15 of which have been released into the wild to acclimatise to the safari environment, as well as a rhino enclosure!
Over 100 animals, ranging from flamingos to crocodiles, have also already come to the safari and are anxiously awaiting our arrival. Sharjah Safari will also feature its enormous natural lake surrounded by picnic areas, cafés, and live animal exhibitions!
Timings & Tickets:
Sharjah Safari has three types of tickets: bronze, silver and gold. The bronze ticket price is AED 40 (for those above age 12) & AED 15 (for children aged 3 to 12). On the bronze ticket, you can tour for about 2-3 hours and the zone covered will be ‘Into Africa’. The silver ticket is for AED 120 (for those above age 12) & AED 50 (for children aged 3 to 12). Tour duration for this ticket is 5-6 hours and all zones are covered except Serengeti (also one seat on a regular bus is covered). The gold ticket is for AED 275 (for those above age 12) & AED 120 (for children aged 3 to 12). Here you can tour for about 5-6 hours and all zones are covered along with a private guide (also one seat on a luxury vehicle is covered).
The Safari is open from 8.30 AM to 6.30 PM. While silver and gold ticket holders have until 2:00 p.m. to enter, bronze ticket holders have until 4:00 p.m.
