On December 24 and 25, UAE residents and tourists may rent Careem Bikes for a whole day for AED 1 instead of AED 20. The discount on the daily pass is to commemorate the service’s one-millionth trip, according to Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
Careem & RTA have collaborated to offer such a service. To commemorate the occasion, the two organisations gave out a free one-year membership to the rider who registered for the service’s millionth journey and the riders who took the most rides.
The rewards were awarded to Sofie Stewart, who completed the one-millionth journey, and Rajesh Magranthi and Natasha Rukavishnikova, who were the most active Careem bike riders from the company’s inception. It includes Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Road, Jumeirah Lake Towers, The Greens, Barsha Heights, Dubai Water Canal, Dubai Media City, Downtown Dubai, and Al Qudra.
