Sky Views is a sleekly designed podium linking the apex of The Address Sky View dual 50-story elliptical dual towers rising from a curved plinth within the centre of Downtown Dubai, across from Burj Khalifa (with a total height of 237.45m and 260.85m, respectively). The Sky Views observatory, located 219.5 metres above Dubai, offers a beautiful 25m-long glass floor at the cantilevered offering exceptional views of the Burj Khalifa, the city, and guests can also observe through a panoramic elevator with glass on three sides and the Panorama 52 restaurant.
Sky Views introduces for the very first time in the region a unique adrenaline-pumping experience, featuring an outdoor glass slide that propels guests from level 53 at 219.5 m to level 52 at 215.5 m while contained in a transparent glass tube. The Edge Walk, another first in the area, is a spectacular air-walk experience that allows guests to step onto the exterior boundary in a hands-free walk while defying gravity and taking in the magnificent vistas of the Burj Khalifa.
The Address Sky View, the newest addition to The Address Hotels & Resorts’ five-star premium brand, provides access to Sky Views. Sky Views is a strategically located landmark on Sheikh Zayed Road and The Dubai Mall, adjacent to the Dubai Metro and the public walkway system. It is one of the city’s most appealing locations, combining elegance, relaxation, and adventure.
For the observatory, which lies on the 52 and 53 floors of the twin Address Sky View Hotel, the ticket is AED 65 for an adult and AED 55 for a child (3 to 16 years). While the edge walk ticket is AED 699 for both child and adult.
