Here’s the math (brace yourself): December 2 and 3 (Tue & Wed) are public holidays. If things go our way and we get December 1 off too, hello five-day weekend. BUT, if you strategically take a couple of extra days off, you could, in theory, roll into a nine-day break from December 1 to 9. A whole nine days to be “resting” while aggressively brunching.
