New Developments In Place This Month! 6 Key Changes Taking Effect In UAE This July
What Is DubaiNow?
DubaiNow is the official smart services app developed by Digital Dubai, giving residents and visitors access to more than 320 services from over 50 government and private sector entities. The app acts as a one-stop platform for everyday government services. Users can pay utility bills, top up their Salik account, renew permits and perform many other transactions without visiting multiple platforms.
The latest addition is the Pay All Fines service, which brings together eligible fines from different authorities into a single, easy-to-use dashboard.
What Is The ‘Pay All Fines’ Service?
Instead of checking separate government websites to see if you have outstanding fines, the new feature automatically gathers eligible fines linked to your Emirates ID and displays them in one place. With a single transaction, users can review and settle multiple fines without switching between different government portals or visiting service centres. Eligible fines may include traffic violations, parking fines, Salik penalties and other government fines available through the service. The service provides a complete overview of:
- The total number of outstanding eligible fines
- The type of each fine
- The total amount due

Why This Feature Makes Life Easier
Many Dubai residents receive fines from different authorities throughout the year. And that tends to make it easy to lose track of what’s outstanding. By bringing eligible fines together in one place, the DubaiNow app helps users:
- Check multiple fines without visiting different websites
- Pay everything in one transaction
- Keep a clear record of outstanding payments
- Save time managing government services
Why Paying Your Fines Promptly Matters
Keeping your fines up to date can help you avoid unnecessary complications later on. And having everything available in one app makes it so much easier to stay on top of payments before they become a problem. In face, outstanding fines could lead to:
- Additional penalties or late fees
- Delays when renewing vehicle registration
- Disruptions to certain government services
- Forgotten fines building up over time
The new Pay All Fines feature is another step towards making everyday government services simpler and more convenient for Dubai residents. Whether it’s a traffic fine, parking violation or Salik penalty, you can now sort all your unpaid fines in just a few taps.
