‘A Dubai Invite’: How Does It Work?
Launched by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), ‘A Dubai Invite’ will run from July 20 to October 31, 2026, giving residents the opportunity to nominate visiting friends and family and unlock a rewards package once their guests arrive in Dubai.
The initiative allows UAE residents to share their Dubai experience with loved ones while receiving access to special offers across hotels, restaurants and attractions throughout the city. Residents can nominate guests through the official online form by sharing the visitor’s details and expected arrival date. While multiple guests can be nominated, only five nominations can be submitted at one time.
How Can Residents Claim The Rewards?
To participate, residents must nominate their family members or friends before their arrival. Once the guest lands in Dubai during the campaign period, their visit will be verified through authorised government systems. After successful verification, eligible residents will receive an email with details of their rewards package and instructions for redeeming the offers.
The benefits can include hotel stays, dining discounts and attraction experiences. Most offers will be available until December 31, 2026, unless stated otherwise. The programme is open to UAE citizens and residents aged 18 and above who hold a valid Emirates ID.

Who Can Residents Invite?
The nominated guests must be non-residents of the UAE and must visit Dubai on a valid tourist visa, a visit visa, or with visa-on-arrival eligibility. Visitors can arrive in Dubai by air, sea or road anytime between July 20 and October 31, 2026. Guests arriving will need to arrange their own flights, visas, accommodation and other travel expenses. While residents can nominate multiple visitors, each participant can receive up to three reward packages under the initiative.
Hotel & Dining Rewards Available
The rewards package includes a selection of hotel stays, dining offers and experiences across Dubai. Participating properties and offers may change depending on availability. Here are some of the current deals available:

Visitors staying at ME Dubai by Meliá can receive 35% off the best available room rates and a complimentary upgrade. Children under 12 can stay for free, while guests can also enjoy 35% discounts on selected dining, in-room dining, spa and laundry services.
3. Credit At Mina Seyahi Hotels
Guests booking stays at participating Mina Seyahi properties, including Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark, W Dubai – Mina Seyahi and The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi, can receive credit to spend during their stay. The credit can be used across selected restaurants and spa experiences within the hotels.
4. Free Night At Selected IHG Hotels
Friends or relatives staying at participating IHG hotels can enjoy a third night free when booking a two-night stay. The hotel group is also offering dining discounts of up to 30 per cent at selected restaurants.
Important Dates To Remember
Residents must complete their registrations by September 30, 2026. However, nominated guests have until October 31, 2026, to arrive in Dubai and qualify for the rewards. The benefits will only be issued after DET confirms the guest’s arrival and eligibility requirements have been met.
The Minute Details – What Residents Should Know Before Signing Up
The initiative covers rewards and special offers only. Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights, visas, accommodation and travel costs. It is up to the residents to ensure their nominated visitors meet all eligibility requirements before arrival. Rewards are subject to availability, and participating hotels, attractions and offers may be updated throughout the campaign.
