Starting from just one month and going up to a year, they let you park for long hours without worrying about reminders or penalties. Subscriptions are available across multiple areas – from roadside spaces to multistorey car parks – and you can easily apply through the Parkin website by choosing the package that suits your location. Here’re all the important details you need to know about the 9 parking subscriptions.
1. Roadside & Plots Parking
This plan is for light vehicles and works in Zones A, B, C, and D – covering both roadside and specific designated plots.
- Fees:
- 1 month: AED 500
- 3 months: AED 1,400
- 6 months: AED 2,500
- 12 months: AED 4,500
Time limits: Park up to 4 consecutive hours roadside and 24 hours in designated plots. Keep in mind – you can’t switch from this category to a plots-only subscription later.
2. Plots-Only Parking
Need only plot parking? This subscription covers Zones B and D and lets you park for 24 consecutive hours.
- Fees:
- 1 month: AED 250
- 3 months: AED 700
- 6 months: AED 1,300
- 12 months: AED 2,400
3. Silicon Oasis (Zone H)
With Dubai Silicon Oasis being a buzzing residential and work hub, Parkin offers a Zone H package perfect for residents and frequent visitors.

- 3 months: AED 1,400
- 6 months: AED 2,500
- 12 months: AED 4,500
Important: One vehicle per subscription, 5% VAT applies, and reserved parking is off-limits – parking there means fines.
4. Silicon Oasis Limited Area
Don’t need Zone H? There’s also a limited area option for designated DSO spots that’s easier on the pocket.

- 6 months: AED 1,500

5. Dubai Hills
For those living or commuting around Dubai Hills, Parkin offers a dedicated subscription for public parking areas marked as Zone 631G.

Students get the same discounted rate as staff – up to 80% off regular parking – but must provide a student card and enrolment verification letter.

Perfect for those needing covered parking in areas like Bani Yas and Naif, but it comes with a few extra rules – like showing a tenancy contract or title deed and paying 5% VAT.

- 6 months: AED 4,200
- 12 months: AED 8,400
You can register up to five vehicles under one traffic file, but only one can park at a time. Leave your car for more than 30 days and you’ll face a AED 500 fine. Parking in reserved spaces? That’s AED 1,000. Wrong parking direction? AED 200 fine.
Important Things You Should Know Before You Subscribe
- Heavy vehicles (trucks, buses, pickups) are not allowed.
- Subscriptions cannot be transferred or sublet.
- Reserved spaces are off-limits unless specifically stated.
- You can switch between registered vehicles every 30 minutes.
- Fees are non-refundable, except in some cases if you cancel within 48 hours of purchase.
- For students, staff, and multistorey parking, if you don’t pay within 14 days, your application is automatically cancelled.
- For roadside and plots parking, you can link up to 3 vehicles (Dubai traffic file only), but just one active vehicle at a time.
