Santino, a 2-year-old, fell from the 4th floor. The neighbours heard the child screaming and crying, the boy was sitting on the ground. The clothes net put up by a resident cushioned the falling impact and hence the child only had some minor scratches. “It was a miracle,” said the toddler’s mother, Débora.
