Always on the lookout for new places to eat, sip, and hang out in Dubai? Looks like you woke up on the right side of the bed today, because I’ve got just the place for you. DIFC has just launched ROOFLINE, a limited-time open-air rooftop destination that brings together some of the city’s coolest homegrown food and culture concepts. All in one spot! It’s set to be open until 31 March 2026, meaning you’ll have plenty of time to soak in all the incredible weather. I have even more incredible details where that came from, so keep reading to find out more.

One Rooftop, Two DIFC Hotspots (And Bonus Points For The Amazing Views!)
ROOFLINE stretches across the connecting podium levels between Gate District and Gate Avenue, creating a seamless rooftop walk that links two of DIFC’s busiest areas. Expect skyline views, striking architecture, and that unmistakable DIFC buzz. The idea here is simple: a community-led space where Dubai’s local food and creative scene gets the spotlight.
Homegrown Eats You Already Love
The opening line-up is stacked with local favourites. You’ll find FLTR, mixing speciality coffee with 3D design, and the instantly recognisable Uncommon mirror café. There’s also IYKYK, part café, part community club, Karak House serving modern takes on Emirati comfort food, Rascals with its hand-cut doughnuts, Badou for coffee and desserts, and Beau Burger, the go-to spot for luxury smash burgers. And that’s just the beginning, stay tuned for so many more concepts joining the irresistible mix, too.
Movies, Music & Rooftop Nights Done Right
Until 15 February, ROOFLINE turns into a proper evening hangout with live Arabic music and open-air cinema nights running from Thursday to Sunday. Movie screenings take place at Gate Avenue 4, Index Tower, while live music brings the vibes to Gate Avenue 1 near Beau Burger, opposite Peet’s Coffee. Timings change depending on the date, so there’s always something fresh happening.
Your New Go-To for After Work & Weekends
ROOFLINE is designed to be that easy choice for after-work catch-ups, laid-back weekends, and casual evenings out. The space has a modern, urban feel and blends food, culture, and social moments without trying too hard. Expect mini pop-ups, activations, and curated entertainment popping up throughout the season to keep things exciting.
A Special Ramadan Experience Is On The Way
There’s more to look forward to during Ramadan too. From 18 February to 9 March 2026, ROOFLINE will host a special Ramadan exhibition by Curated Playlist, featuring immersive pop-ups that bring together fashion, culture, and music in a really engaging way.
Easy To Get To, Even Easier To Make You Stay Longer
DIFC has been quietly building one of the strongest collections of homegrown and independent brands in the city, and ROOFLINE just adds another reason to visit. Getting there is simple too, the Financial Centre Metro Station is only a 3-minute walk away!
With homegrown favourites, skyline views, live entertainment and a relaxed rooftop vibe, ROOFLINE feels like DIFC’s newest way to bring people together. Definitely one you’ll want to experience before the season wraps up.
