When in Dubai, a good meal only takes you half way. The other half? The view. Like some cities give you a nice table by the window. Dubai gives you the tallest building in the world. But if you’re confused on where to go, that’s where I come in to help. I’ve rounded up Dubai’s top restaurants with stunning Burj Khalifa views, that would impresses even the snootiest of aunties. From fine dining spots to Shisha lounges and even casual eateries, the Burj views cover it all. And if you make it till the end, there’s even a bonus surprise in it for you.
Bice Mare
Tucked into Souk Al Bahar with a terrace that puts you almost eye-level with the fountain show, Bice Mare serves up Italian coastal cooking. For those who want their Burj Khalifa view served with warm Arabic hospitality and a mixed grill that could feed a small army, Abd El Wahab is a Downtown institution. Thiptara
If you’re chasing that “front row seat to the fountain show” feeling, Thiptara is often the one people mean. This waterside spot at Palace Downtown does elevated Thai classics. Casual, buzzy, and always packed for a reason. Social House’s outdoor seating at Dubai Mall hands you the fountain and the Burj Khalifa without asking you to dress up or book weeks in advance. The menu is all-day comfort food, from truffle pizza to a solid fish and chips, so it works for pretty much any craving.

CÉ LA VI Dubai
Level 54 of Address Sky View, and easily one of Dubai’s most talked-about nightlife-meets-dining spots. CÉ LA VI hands you a full, sweeping view of the Burj Khalifa. The kind where the whole tower fits neatly into frame. Alongside Asian-inspired plates (their wagyu beef mushroom rice has quite the fan base) and a scene that only gets livelier as the night goes on.
- Location: Address Sky View, Downtown Dubai
- Timings: Daily, 12:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Reservation: Call 04 582 6111 or visit their website

Birds Dubai
Up on the 63rd floor of Address Downtown, Birds Sky View is exactly what it sounds like. Dinner with the city spread out beneath you. Woohoo
Futuristic, a little theatrical, and genuinely fun. Woohoo at Kempinski The Boulevard mixes sushi, pizza, and shisha into one very “dine at the future” kind of evening, with shifting skyline views to match. Great for groups who want a bit of everything on the table.

Thia Skylounge Dubai
Set on the second floor of The Dubai EDITION, Thia Skylounge trades “sky-high” for “sky-adjacent”. But the terrace, illuminated pool, and clear Burj Khalifa view more than make up for the lower floor. The food and drinks menu is solid too, and it’s calmer than most spots on this list, making it a good pick if you want the view without the noise.

- Timings: Daily, 10:00 AM – 1:00 AM
- Reservation: Call 04 602 3399 or visit their website

BONUS
For these next two suggestions, unfortunately there won’t be any Burj Khalifa views. Because this time YOU’LL BE IN IT!
At.mosphere
Perched on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa itself, At.mosphere doesn’t just offer a view, it literally puts you inside the view people are admiring. Expect elegant, internationally-inspired fine dining (the foie gras comes highly recommended) in a room that somehow still feels intimate despite being over 400 metres in the air. This is the kind of place you book for the anniversary, the promotion, and the “we deserve this” moments.
- Location: Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai
- Timings: Daily, 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (lunch and dinner service windows)
- Reservation: Call 04 888 3828 or visit their website
The Lounge, Burj Khalifa
Officially the highest lounge in the world, spanning levels 152 to 154. This isn’t a full sit-down meal, but if “afternoon tea in the clouds” sounds like your kind of flex, this is it. Think a proper spread of teas, coffees, and dainty bites, with panoramic views of the city, desert, and Gulf all at once.
- Location: Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai
- Timings: Daily, 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM
- Reservation: Call 800 28843867 or visit their website
