1. WiFi At Metro Stations

Whether you’re commuting to work or heading out for the day, Dubai Metro stations provide WiFi to keep you connected while you wait.

  • Where to find it: Available at all metro stations.
  • How to connect: Turn on WiFi, select ‘Wifi by Du’, and enter your details (name, phone number, and email) when prompted.
  • Time limit: 60 minutes per session.

2. WiFi At Dubai’s Airports

Dubai International Airport (DXB)

Just landed and need to check messages or book a cab? DXB provides free WiFi throughout the airport so you can get connected instantly.

  • How to access: Turn on WiFi, select the DXB Free WiFi network, and follow the pop-up instructions by entering your name, phone number, and email.
  • Time limit: 60 minutes of free access.

Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC)

If you’re arriving or departing from DWC, staying connected is even easier – the WiFi here is unlimited!

  • How to access: Select DWC Free Wi-Fi, open your browser, and click “Get Online Now.”
  • Time limit: No limit – unlimited free WiFi!

3. WiFi At Bus Stations

If you’re waiting for a bus, many major bus stations in Dubai offer free WiFi, so you can browse, chat, or check updates while you wait.

4. WiFi At Malls & Across The UAE

Not just in Dubai – many malls across the UAE also offer free WiFi, thanks to telecom provider du. Whether you’re shopping, dining, or meeting friends, you can stay online without using mobile data.

  • How to access: Select ‘WiFi UAE from du’, enter your UAE mobile number, and receive an OTP (one-time password) via SMS to log in. Or is available you can also access the shopping mall’s free WiFi access.
  • Time limit: 60 minutes per session.
  • For tourists: If you’re using an international SIM, you’ll need to enter details like your passport number, nationality, and date of birth before connecting.
