The legendary cricketer, Brian Lara unveiled his first memorabilia wall consisting three of his highest scoring and record-breaking bats at Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers’ very own sports café. Having been at the Melbourne Cricket Ground for the last one year, the bats will now be on display at TJ’s for Dubai’s cricket fans to marvel at and enjoy for a month.
Along with three os his highest scoring bats, Brian Lara also unveiled a limited-edition menu that is inspired by the global sports celebrity and his Trinidadian roots. All guests and thereby invited to taste and enjoy Spiced Grilled Salmon, Caribbean-style Jerk Chicken with Red Bean Rice and Charred Pineapple, Quinoa and Avocado Power Bowl and Coconut Rum Cake. To compliment your meal, some delicious cocktails that you can drink are, the Sydney cocktail in admiration of his monumental score at the Sydney Cricket Ground in 1993, 501* Not Out cocktail and a selection of special edition red and white glass go grapes.
