Dubai’s Fitness Season Is Back – And SEVEN Is Going Big This October
Summer is over, Dubai is back at full pace and those fitness goals that spent the last few months sitting in the group chat are suddenly making their way into the calendar.
For anyone ready to get serious about training again, SEVEN in Al Quoz is kicking off October with HYROX-focused training, red and near-infrared light Pilates classes with Solis, plus day passes and trial access for anyone wanting to experience the wellness club for the first time.
Whether you’ve already signed up for your next HYROX or simply want to shake up your current training routine, there’s plenty happening.
Your HYROX Training Starts Here
HYROX has become a serious part of Dubai’s fitness scene, and SEVEN has introduced dedicated classes designed to help people prepare for race day.
Sessions are led by HYROX athletes and take place inside the club’s certified HYROX training area, where participants can practise the functional movements involved in the competition while working on endurance and getting comfortable with the demands of race day.
Already competed before? You can use the sessions to sharpen your preparation.
Never done HYROX in your life? That’s fine too.
The classes are open to newcomers, and you don’t even need to have a race booked. If you’ve been watching everyone else train for HYROX and wondering what all the fuss is about, this could be your opportunity to find out.

Pilates – But Surrounded By Red & Near-Infrared Light
SEVEN is also doing something rather different with its Pilates offering.
The club’s Solis classes combine instructor-led movement with red and near-infrared light panels built directly into the studio, surrounding participants with light throughout the session.
The schedule includes Mat Pilates and Red Light Tone Pilates, alongside other classes available through the club.
Current class times and bookings are available through the SEVEN+ app.
You Don’t Need To Be A Member To Try SEVEN
If you’ve been curious about SEVEN but haven’t wanted to commit to a membership before seeing what it’s actually like, October gives you an easy way in.
Day pass access is available throughout the month, while first-time visitors can download the SEVEN+ app to explore the day trial option, browse available classes and plan their visit.
Availability and access options are displayed directly through the app.
That means you can actually spend a day exploring the club and its facilities before deciding whether it’s somewhere you’d want to train regularly.
It’s About More Than Just The Gym
SEVEN positions itself as a wellness club rather than simply a place to work out.
The Dubai-born concept is built around seven pillars: fitness, movement, recovery, relaxation, nourishment, longevity and community, bringing different aspects of wellbeing together under one roof.
The images accompanying the announcement give a good idea of that mix too, moving from functional HYROX-style training and Pilates equipment to the dedicated red-light studio.
So you can arrive wanting to improve your race time, try something completely new or simply get yourself back into a routine after summer.

The Gulf Buzz Take
October is usually the point where Dubai collectively decides summer is over and it’s time to start training properly again.
SEVEN is giving you several ways to do exactly that.
If you’ve got HYROX ambitions, there’s a certified training space and dedicated classes. If your idea of training leans more towards controlled movement, there’s Pilates surrounded by red and near-infrared light. And if you’re simply curious about what SEVEN actually offers, you can grab a day pass and experience it before committing.
Basically, if your post-summer fitness routine still hasn’t made it out of the group chat, this might be your sign to finally get started.
