The Main Event: Tough Mudder 5K
Taking centre stage is the Tough Mudder 5K, open to participants aged 14 and above. This high-energy course features more than 12 obstacles, all designed to push your strength, coordination and teamwork. Expect fan-favourite challenges like Arctic Enema, Electroshock Therapy and Hydrophobia, alongside exciting newer obstacles such as Everest, Funky Monkey and Pyramid Scheme. From icy plunges to towering team walls, this is not a race you tackle alone.
Built For Teamwork & Community
Tough Mudder is known for turning endurance races into shared experiences. It’s not just about finishing fast, but about helping each other through every climb, crawl and jump. That strong focus on teamwork has helped grow a loyal and ever-expanding Tough Mudder community across the Middle East, making the event just as much about camaraderie as it is about physical challenge.

Kids Can Join The Fun Too
Families don’t have to sit this one out. Younger participants aged 4 to 14 can take part in specially designed 1 to 3 km obstacle courses, tailored to different age groups. It’s a great way for kids and teens to get involved, build confidence and enjoy the thrill of crossing the finish line. All young finishers receive their own headband and medal to celebrate the achievement.
Medals, Headbands & Bragging Rights
Adult finishers will walk away with a medal, event T-shirt and the iconic Tough Mudder headband, while kids earn their own finisher headband and medal. Consider it proof that you survived one of the toughest and most fun obstacle courses around.
More Than Just A Race
Beyond the obstacles, The Sevens Stadium will turn into a lively festival-style village. Expect food trucks, live music, entertainment and partner activations throughout the day, giving supporters plenty to enjoy while cheering teams on from the sidelines. Even if you’re not racing, the atmosphere alone makes it worth the visit.
