One of the highlights this season is the brand-new Skafos Hydroponic Farm, located right inside the restaurant. This on-site farm grows nearly nine kilograms of fresh greens and herbs every day. With over 25 different varieties cultivated using advanced soil-free hydroponic technology.
From the moment the ingredients are harvested to the time they reach your plate, everything is designed to be fresh, flavourful, and more environmentally friendly. It’s a simple idea that adds a meaningful touch to the Ramadan dining experience.
