According to the directives issued by the Dubai Ruler, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, Al Minhad area and its surrounding areas have been renamed as ‘Hind City’.

This new city is set to include four zones and will be served by major roads such as Emirates Road, Dubai-Al Ain Road and Jebel Ali-Lehbab Road. Additionally, the city will include housing for Emirati citizens.
