New Bus Route To Global Village
Visiting Global Village is now simpler, thanks to the launch of Route 108, which directly connects Satwa to this popular destination.
- When to catch the bus: Available every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and during special events like the UAE National Day celebrations.
- Timings: Operates from 2 PM to 1 AM, running every 60 minutes.
- Stops: Begins at Satwa Bus Station and heads straight to Global Village.
Expanding The City’s Connectivity
Metro Feeder Route: F63
A new feeder route, F63, has been introduced to connect Al Ras Metro Station on the Green Line with Union Bus Station. The route passes through Al Khaleej Street and Naif Street, giving metro users more convenient access to nearby areas.

Community Connector: J05
Residents in Mira Community, Neshama Townhouses, and Dubai Studio City can now benefit from Route J05, which links these neighbourhoods, making daily commutes quicker and easier.
Major Changes To Existing Bus Routes
RTA has also revamped several bus routes to streamline travel and enhance passenger comfort. Here’s what’s changing:
- Route 5: Now runs both ways between Abu Hail Bus Station and Union Bus Station, skipping Al Ras Metro Station.
- Route 14: Now ends at Business Bay Metro Station.
- Route 33: Shortened to terminate at Karama Bus Station, no longer reaching Al Ghubaiba.
- Route 91: Extended to include Business Bay and DMCC stops in both directions.
- Route J02: Now faster, with fewer stops, connecting Arabian Ranches and Dubai Production City.
- Route J04: Includes Sports City while reducing stops in Dubai Studio City.
- Route F38: Adjusted to serve Al Jurf Heights Group.
- Route F39: Now stops at Etihad Mall.
- Route X92: Updated to include DMCC Metro Stop and reduced stops at Dubai Investment Park.

Improved Scheduling On 30 Routes
To ensure buses run more efficiently, the RTA is also aligning the schedules of 30 routes, including: 7, 13D, 14, 20A, 21A, 21B, 30, 32C, 33, 34, 43, 44, 63E, 67, 91, DH1, E700, F05, F07, F23, F26, F38, F39, F54, F63, J01, J02, J04, J05, and X92.
With these additions and upgrades, navigating the city and reaching Dubai’s most iconic destination has become more convenient for residents and visitors alike!
