1. Reel Cinemas
How to Reschedule
- Want to change your showtime? You’ll nDubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall, and The Springs Soukeed to visit the box office of the location where you booked your ticket. –
- Adjustments are only possible if seats and the preferred timing are available.
- Ensure you make changes at least two hours before your original showtime.
Refund Options
- Reel Cinemas doesn’t provide cash refunds. Instead, you’ll receive a gift voucher for future bookings.
- There’s a AED 5 deduction for refunds, even if the ticket was booked using a bank promotion.

2. VOX Cinemas
How To Reschedule
- Call the VOX call center at least 30 minutes before your movie starts to request changes.
- Rescheduling is not allowed in these situations:
- If the movie starts in under 30 minutes.
- Tickets were purchased with discounts or offers.
- Tickets have already been collected or scanned in the cinema hall.
Refund Options
- VOX refunds come in the form of VOX credits, which are usable for future bookings.
- VOX credits are valid for 90 days but can only be used online.
- Refunds don’t apply to tickets bought at kiosks or with activated food and beverage packages.

3. Novo Cinemas
How To Reschedule
- You can visit the box office to adjust your booking, but changes must be made at least 2 hours before the movie starts – Sahara Centre, Dragon Mart, and Mega Mall.
- Rescheduling depends on seat and timing availability.
Refund Policy
- Unfortunately, Novo has a strict no-refund policy. Tickets cannot be refunded, even if you don’t collect them or attend the movie.

4. Roxy Cinemas
How To Reschedule
- If you need to reschedule, visit the box office where the booking was made. Changes must be done two hours before the showtime, and availability of seats is required – Dubai Hills, City Walk, The Beach, and more.
Refund Policy
- Unfortunately, tickets at Roxy are non-refundable, even if you don’t attend or collect them.
