You will soon be able to use your Salik e-wallet balance to pay for fuel at select Enoc petrol stations across the city. Finally, no more fumbling with cash or deciding which card to use – all the magic happens straight from your Salik account. I have all the important details you need to know about what’s to come, so keep reading to find out more.

Once this feature is rolled out, you’ll be able to pay for fuel at Enoc petrol stations using your Salik e-wallet. The amount will be instantly deducted from your balance. Quick, easy, and completely cashless! So next time you’re low on fuel, just pull up to a participating Enoc station, fuel up, and drive off without touching your wallet.
This smart payment system uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras. And yes, I’m talking about the same tech already in use at over 25 parking locations around Dubai. Which includes Dubai Mall, Marina Walk, Souq Al Bahar, and more. The cameras scan your car’s license plate and link it to your Salik e-wallet. Simple as that.
This new Salik payment option won’t be limited to petrol. Once it’s operational, you can also use your Salik balance to pay for items and services at Enoc convenience stores. And even other retail spots connected to their petrol stations.
Your Salik e-wallet is about to become your new favourite way to pay. So, don’t forget to keep your account topped up!
