The whole project is part of Majid Al Futtaim’s future vision to create what they’re calling the “Mall of New Possibilities” by 2030. The mall is set to welcome 100 brand-new stores, a new theatre, fresh indoor and outdoor dining spots, and loads of entertainment and wellness experiences. Already, AED 1.1 billion has been spent, and visitors will soon start seeing the changes as the transformation begins to take shape.
Indoor-Outdoor Dining Like You’ve Never Experienced Before
One of the standout features will be a completely new indoor-outdoor precinct, mixing quick dining options with interactive experiences. At the centre of it all will be the mall’s first-ever open-air food and beverage courtyard – a flexible space that turns into a cosy, green hangout during the cooler months. It’s set to open by early 2027, and Majid Al Futtaim promises that top-notch restaurants will soon be announced to make this spot even more special.
Add Another “World’s…” To Dubai’s Ever Growing List
The VOX Cinema in MOE will soon feature the world’s most advanced IMAX experience, arriving by late 2026. And that’s not all – four brand-new entertainment concepts are also on the way, giving families and gamers even more reasons to spend the day at the mall.
A Whole New Look For The West End
The mall’s West End district is also getting a full makeover. Expect a more modern design and a vibrant, social atmosphere. This part of the mall is being reimagined as a buzzing hub where people can shop, dine, and just hang out. Upgrades are already underway, including better parking, smarter access roads, and bridge improvements done in partnership with the RTA.
