From Friday to Sunday, 8:30am to 11:30am, Hototogisu is bringing its signature Japanese craft and precision to mornings, giving early risers, families and brunch-seekers a new reason to head to the Palm.

Build-Your-Own Breakfast Bento (from AED 65)
This is where Hototogisu really leans into its Japanese heritage. Guests can customise a breakfast bento tray by choosing one main, one salad, one soup and one side. Options range from Wakame Salad and Kenchin-Jiru Soup to Fruits & Granola, with eggs cooked to your preference and green tea included. Specialty coffee is also available, and guests can opt for pancakes instead of soup if they’re feeling indulgent.
