1. Fireworks At Marsa Boulevard
If you’re looking for fireworks with food, vibes, and a waterfront view, Marsa Boulevard is where you need to be this January. One of Dubai’s newest alfresco pop-ups, it’s serving daily fireworks paired with some seriously good eats. To make the most of the experience, you need to arrive early to catch sunset by the Creek and grab a seat at one of the restaurants. Prefer to keep it casual instead? Pick up a takeaway and watch the fireworks overhead from the promenade.

2. More Than Fireworks At Marsa Boulevard
Fireworks aside, Marsa Boulevard is your go-to hangout. Sitting right on the edge of Dubai Creek, the pop-up brings together a mix of homegrown favourites and international crowd-pleasers. Here, you’ll find Instagrammable cafés like Trio and Somewhere as well as viral hits such as Aussie cookie favourite Brooki. Beyond food and coffee, there’s shopping, DIY charm bracelet stations, and plenty to explore. This spot is open daily from 4 PM and is ideal for sunset, dinner, and fireworks!

3. JBR Drone Show At Dubai Shopping Festival
If you’re still not over festive visuals, head to JBR, where the celebrations continue! Here, you can catch the much-loved drone show, which has returned as part of Dubai Shopping Festival 2025–26. From late December, a brand-new show titled Celebrations has been taking over the sky. The show wows its audiences with colourful drone formations set to powerful music. And the best part? It’s completely free.
