Working from home means constant laptop aches. It feels like your neck and back are always stiff and achy. If this pain and stiffness persists, it can even reach to your head. If you are somebody who has a 6 to 8 hour job and you are on your laptop all the time, take break and stretch a little. Every one hour or so, get up and just stretch for 5 to 10 minutes. Make sure to take ample amounts of breaks for your meals and coffee.
