This Vitamin helps produce carnitine, which is a molecule that helps to burn the body for energy. Some sources of Vitamin C are Oranges, Pineapple, Bell Peppers, Cauliflower, Kiwi and Brussels Sprouts.
This nutrient is essential for white and red blood cell functioning and also affects protein synthesis. Some sources of zinc are Turkey, Shrimp, Lamb and Beef.
