It is a common thing to get sick during the allergy season. The season is changing and with that, the temperatures are too. Hence many people catch a common cold, viral fever or pollen in the air triggers their allergies, so it is very usual to get sick. So here are some foods that you can eat to keep yourself healthy, nourished and replenish all the essential nutrients in your body even during the allergy season:

Iron:

Vitamin B:
