The Bluewaters Island is known for its views and dining experiences. For the upcoming month (March) this Island is going to get a one-of-a-kind addition to all the amazing places that already exist here! Botanica, a Pan-Asian cuisine restaurant, promises to serve you Thai, Japanese and Chinese delicacies with a ‘modern touch’. Dishes from the Pan-Asian menu include rock lobsters with truffle, Korean chicken bao, tom yum or tom Kha soup, a varied selection of makis, nigiri and sashimis, Chinese dim sums and gyozas, Thai green curry, Burmese khow suey, Sichuan beef, miso ramen, laksa, pad Thai, and more.
Botanica will have a total of 22 dining pods of different sizes. About 168 people can sit up comfortably. The pods have comfy green sofas surrounding the central table, also this place has an indoor bar that can accommodate up to 30 people. Each pod is serviced separately, allowing you to have the ideal VIP experience. There’s no news yet on a specific March opening date, but more information will be released shortly. Botanica is next to the pedestrian bridge that connects to JBR.
