The celebrations will begin in signature Global Village style. I’m talking with the Parade of the World, a lively procession bursting with music, dance, and energy. Expect vibrant costumes, street drummers, and performers from every pavilion, setting the perfect tone for the exciting months ahead.
Drones, Fireworks & Skydivers
When it comes to opening nights, Global Village doesn’t do things halfway. The sky will light up with a spectacular drone and pyrotechnic show, featuring a glowing “30” to celebrate the landmark season. Nex up, professional skydivers in wing suits will soar across the sky, leaving trails of light and fire in their wake for a breathtaking visual display. And just when you think it couldn’t get any more magical, 600 drones will return at 9 PM to unveil special welcome messages, right before the first fireworks of the season paint the night sky.
Lights, Music & Laser Magic
Across the park, guests can enjoy live cultural performances, musical shows, and immersive theatre acts that reflect the incredible diversity Global Village is known for. Over at Dragon Lake, an enchanting laser show will illuminate the water in a dazzling dance of lights. Pretty much the kind of show you’ll want your phone ready for! From high-energy performances to heartwarming cultural showcases, the entertainment lineup will make sure your night is packed with nonstop fun.

What started in the mid-90s as a small pop-up market near Dubai Creek has now grown into one of the city’s biggest attractions, spanning over 17 million square feet in Dubailand.
