Atlantis The Royal’s First Restaurant Is Now Open
The highly anticipated Peruvian restaurant, La Mar by Gastón Acurio, is now open for service. As one of the world’s renowned chefs, Gastón Acurio has over 45 restaurants worldwide, known for his unique use of fresh ingredients and traditional Peruvian cooking techniques.
On January 26th, before the official opening of the hotel on February 10th, guests will be able to sample authentic Peruvian cuisine at La Mar. The menu offers traditional seafood dishes such as ceviche, as well as popular Peruvian street food like chicken thighs, veal heart, and octopus in potato cream.

Complementing the food is a comprehensive cocktail program, featuring Peruvian classics infused with Pisco, a Peruvian grape brandy, and signature cocktails with a Peruvian twist. The restaurant’s design is inspired by a fisherman’s wharf, with an open terrace boasting stunning views of Palm Jumeirah.
Chef Gastón will be joined by a star-studded cast of renowned chefs including Jose Andres, Björn Frantzén, Nobu Matsuhisa, Ariana Bundy, Costas Spiliadis, and Heston Blumenthal, who will be opening their own restaurants within the ultra-luxury hotel.
