The Expo 2020 Dubai is just 2 days away. We all are desperately waiting to see the opening ceremony and what it holds for us. Dances, performances, and so much more can be expected from the opening ceremony of Expo 2020. So here are three restaurants in Dubai where you can watch the opening on a huge screen with some great food!
Old Castello Jumeirah:
Located in the heart of Jumeirah 1, the Indian- Arabic themed restaurant Old Castello is known for its wide range of Shisha, tempting food and themed nights. This Thursday, 30th September, Old Castello Jumeirah is celebrating the launch of the most sought after event, Dubai Expo 2020, by streaming the opening ceremony at all the 12 screens and one big projector screen at 7 pm.
All the guests present at the moment will be served with complimentary expo themed Amuse Bouche: A cheese ball platter with multi-coloured chips representing the different nationalities and inclusivity. The plating of the dish has been done to resemble the Dubai Expo 2020 logo.
Swissotel Al Ghurair:
Swissotel Al Ghurair has launched a new brunch inspired by the Expo that is taking place every Friday. This hotel will also be streaming the live ceremony of the Expo 2020 at Liwan Restaurant with a special Arabic-themed S.B.G Barbeque buffet.
Liwan restaurant will live-stream the spectacular performance along with a special Arabic themed S.B.G. Barbecue buffet. Paying homage to the host country, the S.B.G. or “Seared. Braised. Grilled” weekend buffet blends in rich flavours of five different homemade sauces with Middle-eastern fusions. Guests can indulge in specialities like Beef Ox- Tail Ouzi style, slow-cooked T-Bone Steaks, Sumac Spiced Beef Ribs and Dawood Basha and end the evening on a sweet note with Um-Ali, Mango Mousse Verrine, Tiramisu, Carrot Cake. Priced at AED 99 per adult, AED 50 for children between 6 to 12 years and complimentary for children below 6 years, the special S.B.G. Weekend Grillers will be available from 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
Nawab Restaurant At Jabel Ali Recreation Club:
The live broadcast is scheduled for Thursday, September 30 at 7:30 pm Dubai time. The show will kick off with a 90-minute opening ceremony, featuring hundreds of performers. With Nawab, Dubai is sure to take a journey through the streets of Delhi’s Chandani Chowk while exploring the evolution of Indian food.
