Dubai Metro Timings During Eid
If the Metro is your go-to, you’re in luck. Both Red and Green Lines will run on extended hours throughout most of the holiday period.
- 18 – 21 March: Services will operate from 5 AM until 1 AM the next day
- 22 March: Trains will run from 8 AM until 1 AM
Perfect for early starts and those late-night Eid outings.
Dubai Tram Schedule
The Dubai Tram will also follow extended timings, making it easier to get around areas like Dubai Marina and JBR.
- 18 – 21 March: Operating from 6 AM until 1 AM the next day
- 22 March: Running from 9 AM until 1 AM

Bus Service Updates You Should Know
Bus users, take note of these changes as there are a couple of important route changes during Eid:
- E100 (Al Ghubaiba): This service will be temporarily suspended from the afternoon of March 18 until March 22
- E101: Will continue operating, but from Ibn Battuta Bus Station instead
For city buses and marine transport like abras, water taxis, and the Dubai Ferry, it’s best to check real-time updates on the S’Hail app before you head out.
Free Parking Across Dubai
Here’s a little Eid bonus everyone can appreciate. Public parking will be free across Dubai from March 19 to 21. This applies to all standard parking zones, so you can explore the city without worrying about the meter.
