A Dream That Started On Wheels
Let’s open up a history book, so I can lay down some OG facts for you. Cupbop was born in 2013 when Junghun Song set up a food truck in Salt Lake City with only 4 recipes, a truck, and a whole lot of passion under his sleeve. His goal was to show the world just how fun and flavour-packed Korean food can be. And when I tell you that it worked! I mean crowds were soon lining up non-stop for a taste of Cupbop’s delicious bowls and high-energy vibes! Now, fast forward to 2020 when Dok Kwon joined the ride and the duo brought their electric concept to Season 13 of Shark Tank. Yup, THE Shark Tank. Without a doubt, they impressed all 5 sharks, walked away with multiple offers, and took Cupbop to new heights. Today, Cupbop has 47 stores in America and 160 worldwide. And it’s about time they finally bring their sizzling energy to the UAE!
What’s In The Cup?
The Cupbop menu is simple, yet exciting, and so full of bold Korean street food flavours. Each bowl comes with your pick of sauce: from sweet and mild (#1) to seriously spicy (#10). With their famous secret sauce holding it down at a spicy #7.5! Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll find inside the bowl:
