Now, let’s talk about my favourite part. The food. Executive Chef Ted Shin is now running the show over there, and he’s seriously raised the game. Think sushi and ceviche that basically taste like summer, juicy wagyu kushiyaki, grilled beef striploin with ancho soy, sticky honey-glazed duck, and teriyaki salmon that melts in your mouth. And just when you think you can’t eat anymore, out comes the Seventh Heaven Dessert Platter, that will definitely leave you on cloud 9 afterwards.
