DAMAC Properties are here with Lagoons, it is a group of eight residential clusters which will have a floating cinema and a completely man-made lagoon. The eight places are named ‘8 wonders of the Mediterranean’ because it is dedicated to 8 Mediterranean places, which are Venice, Morocco, Santorini, Costa Brava, Nice, Malta, Andalucia and Portofino.
Each one will be a man-made lagoon and will have different things like a floating cinema, a camping island, rock climbing, an Augmented Reality (AR) nature trail, kayaking, wave-riding and so much more. This project is expected to be ready in about four years.
