If dinner alone isn’t quite enough for your Friday night, AMARU Dubai is bringing food, cocktails, live music and Latin dancing together under one roof.
Located inside Souk Madinat Jumeirah, the Latin American dining and nightlife destination has launched Fiesta Fridays, a weekly experience designed to bring the rhythm, flavours and energy of Latin America to Dubai.
Taking place every Friday from 8:30pm onwards, the evening combines dinner and drinks with live performances, including Tango and Salsa, before the venue moves into full after-dark mode.
Dinner Comes With a Show
This isn’t a case of having dinner and then heading somewhere else for entertainment.
Fiesta Fridays has been designed so the evening evolves around you.
Guests can settle in for AMARU’s Latin American-inspired menu and handcrafted cocktails while live singers and dancers bring the room to life, with Tango and Salsa performances forming part of the Friday night entertainment.
It makes it an easy option for groups who want somewhere that can take them from dinner into a proper Friday night without having to change venues.
The Setting Is Part of the Experience
AMARU isn’t exactly understated.

Combined with the live entertainment, the idea is to create something more immersive than a conventional restaurant experience.
And as the evening gets later, the atmosphere changes with it.
AMARU’s music direction moves from more relaxed Latin rhythms into energetic party beats, turning the restaurant into an after-dark destination as the night progresses.
Expect Latin American Flavours & Plenty of Cocktails
Food remains a major part of the experience, with AMARU’s menu built around a culinary journey through Latin America and its different flavours and influences.
The drinks programme follows the same theme, combining cocktails with alcohol-free creations known as “Sober Whispers”, meaning you don’t necessarily need to be drinking to get involved in the Friday night atmosphere.
The result is part dinner, part live show and part late-night party.
And You Can Stay Until 3am
Fiesta Fridays officially kicks off at 8:30pm, but there’s no need to rush home once dinner is finished.
AMARU is open daily from 6pm until 3am, giving Friday night guests plenty of time to stay as the music and atmosphere build later into the evening.
