The lunch is available from 12pm to 3pm on weekdays, and 1pm to 3:30pm on weekends, making it just as suited to business lunches as it is to relaxed weekend catch-ups.

The experience begins with traditional Miso Soup, before guests choose two starters from a selection of SUSHISAMBA favourites.
Highlights include the delicate Salmon Tiradito with orange ponzu, flavour-packed Prawn Gyoza, crispy Green Bean Tempura with black truffle aioli, and the restaurant’s signature Bahia Samba Roll.
For the main course, diners can choose from a selection of premium dishes including the Australian Angus Tenderloin served with spicy soy and foie gras, the rich Cazuela Tinta Rice with shrimp, squid and black cod, the restaurant’s celebrated Black Cod with white miso, or the colourful Samba Chirashi Sushi.
Those with a sweet tooth can swap their starters for dessert instead, choosing between indulgent creations such as the Manjari Chocolate Fondant, Burnt Cheesecake with caramelised cancha, or a colourful selection of Mochi Ice Cream.
