The Sharjah Light Festival returns for its 15th edition, transforming the Emirate into a breathtaking open-air gallery decked in light, shrouded in music and rich in storytelling, all for FREE. Running for a limited time only, this winter, the festival brings together art, culture and technology, lighting up Sharjah’s most iconic landmarks in a way that’s genuinely unforgettable.

One of the UAE’s most photographed winter events, the Sharjah Light Festival turns the Emirate’s cultural and historical landmarks into massive projection canvases. Using cutting-edge light mapping, sound and visual storytelling, renowned artists create immersive displays that celebrate Sharjah’s heritage, creativity and identity. This year’s theme, ‘Reflections of Belonging,‘ is inspired by local traditions, the natural world, and even space. The theme explores nature, community, culture, and shared stories, told through vibrant colours, movement, and music.
