1. Sobha Hartland Community Mall (Expected To Open In H2 2026)
This upcoming mall is all about convenience. Located within the Sobha Hartland community, it’s designed for quick visits rather than full-day shopping trips. Expect boutique stores, a supermarket, a gym, play courts, and relaxed dining spots. All centred around family-friendly lifestyle areas. It’s the kind of place you’ll pop into after work, on a morning walk, or while running errands, making it a natural part of daily life rather than a special outing. 2. Liwan Mall (Expected To Open In H2 2026)
Liwan Mall is shaping up to be a laid-back space with a strong neighbourhood feel. Inspired by Spanish-style architecture, it will feature open streets, café-lined walkways, and outdoor dining areas that encourage people to slow down and stay a little longer. While it’s designed mainly for nearby residents, it’s also the kind of mall that feels perfect for a casual weekend visit. The expected opening window is late 2026.

3. Villa Square (Expected To Open In Q3 2026)
Villa Square offers something a little different from the usual indoor mall experience. This open-air destination brings together retail, food, and wellbeing, with calm spaces that focus on balance and lifestyle. 4. South Bay Mall (Expected To Open 2026 TBD)
Set in Dubai South, South Bay Mall is designed as a lifestyle hub rather than just a shopping centre. Overlooking lagoon views, the three-level mall will include around 60 retail outlets, a premium food hall, a gym, spa, and medical clinic. Open-air walkways connect the spaces, making it feel more like a community gathering spot than a traditional mall. The project is currently planned to open sometime in 2026.

5. Dubai Square (Expected To Open 2026 TBD)
Dubai Square is one of the most talked-about projects on the horizon. Planned as an “indoor city” at Dubai Creek Harbour, it aims to combine walkable zones, tech-driven retail, large entertainment areas, and immersive experiences all under one roof. While it’s still in the design and development phase, parts of the project are expected to start opening around 2026.
