The ground floor features this stunning sculptural bar made of travertine, sitting under a massive brass arch that instantly becomes the focal point of the room. It brought just the right level of drama to the scene, if you ask me.
Upstairs is where things get more intimate. The seating areas are more private, softer, and perfect if you want a quieter setting or you’re visiting with a bigger group. We were given a full tour of the venue, and I was in awe of how each area is carefully designed so that guests never feel cramped or crowded, even when the lounge is buzzing. Your privacy and comfortability is their top priority.

Not to sound dramatic here, but I don’t think I’ve found a better all-in-one hangout spot in Dubai than TIMELESS. The last thing I expected from my experience was for a full size TV and gaming console, loaded with different games to be there when my friend and I took our seats. It was such a fun touch and made the whole evening feel more interactive. The competitive games were the perfect thing for us to do between bites, sips, shisha, and of course a major gossip sessions.
It’s easy to see why TIMELESS is now leaning into its daytime experience, especially for professionals, creatives, and friends who want a relaxed place to spend a few hours. The space works effortlessly, no matter if you’re working remotely, having an informal meeting, or just catching up. If you’re anything like me and enjoy strong, bold shisha flavours, TIMELESS absolutely delivers. Their shisha menu is massive, with over 200 bespoke blends. Not to mention the way they present their shisha feels very high-end and unique. Like the kind of experience you’d expect in Moscow, not really something you see everywhere in Dubai. The flavours were rich, smooth, and long-lasting, and it’s clear that shisha is the main goal here. Not just an afterthought. This alone makes TIMELESS a standout if good shisha plays a big factor in where you choose to go in Dubai.
Cocktails That Stole The Show
The cocktails outright impressed me. Innovative, creative and went down like butter. The menu includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, made using house-made infusions and seasonal ingredients. I could absolutely taste the effort that went into each of our cocktails. My recommendation would definitely be the ‘Cloud’. Coconut fizz with gin and strawberry soju, finished with peach – I couldn’t make it sound more like a dream come true even if I tried.
Every drink we tried felt thoughtfully crafted, not rushed or generic, and paired perfectly with the laid back evening vibe of the lounge.
Friendly Staff That Truly Make A Difference
Without a doubt I have to highlight the staff, because this was one of the best parts of the entire experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly, conversational, and attentive without being overbearing. They checked in on us very attentively to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I can confidently say I’ve never felt more looked after at a restaurant or lounge in Dubai. It just goes to show how great service itself can make a huge difference in turning a good visit into a memorable one.
What’s On The Menu
While the bar snack menu is currently quite limited, everything we tried was fantastic. The standout for me was the cheese board, which was perfect for sharing and paired beautifully with a glass of Prosecco Ruggeri Argeo. And then came the desserts. Indulgent, well-balanced, and like the ideal way to end the experience without feeling too heavy.

My overall experience at TIMELESS was a genuine 10/10, and my friend would say the exact same. It’s stylish without being intimidating, bold without being overwhelming, and comfortable enough that you lose track of time. in the best way possible.
