When Will Global Village Dubai Reopen?
In grand Global Village style, it was announced that this new season would be back in full swing starting from Wednesday, October 15, 2025 until Sunday, May 10, 2026!
This season celebrates 30 years since Global Village Dubai first launched as a pop-up at Dubai Creek, and 20 years since it settled in Dubailand. From humble beginnings, I’m talking a car park with just a handful of kiosks, to today’s sprawling 17-million-square-foot cultural extravaganza, it’s been one incredible ride. And each year it just keeps getting wilder!

What To Expect In Season 30
Season 29 dazzled with 30 pavilions, representing over 90 cultures, 3,500 shopping outlets, 250+ food spots, and 40,000+ live shows. Plus more than 175 rides and games in the Carnaval® zone. Season 30 promises even more – think new shows, viral snacks, and fresh pavilion experiences to mark the milestone.
Let’s take a trip down memory lane and look back at what season 29 gave us and get excited for what’s to come back our way soon:
1. For the Foodies
Hungry? You’re in for a treat. At Global Village Dubai the options are endless – from shawarma to sushi to that spiral potato snack you’ve been dreaming about. here are all the places you can eat at GV:
- Pavilions
- Fiesta Street
- Happiness Street
- Arabian Square
- Fireworks Avenue
- Floating Market
- Indian Street Bazar
- Road of Asia
- Railway Market
- And kiosks and food trucks scattered across the park
No ones leaves Global Village hungry.
2. A New World of Entertainment
Last season also brought us a new space-themed entertainment area called Exo Planet City. It’s a bit of an immersive, futuristic zone with some fun and unusual experiences. Here’s a quick recap:
- Infinity Mirror Maze: A trippy maze full of lights and reflections that plays with your senses.
- Galaxy Hunter: You get to “pilot” your own spaceship in a virtual universe.
- Gravity Vortex: A tunnel that messes with your balance and feels like you’re floating through space.
- Neo Flight Flying Theatre: A motion ride that lets you “fly” through magical and futuristic landscapes with familiar characters like Aladdin and Peter Pan.
I won’t spoil too many of the surprise because I want you to experience it for yourself. But trust me, Exo Planet City is quirky, fun, and definitely different from anything else at the park.
3. Glittering Fireworks In The Sky
If you visit the park on a Friday or Saturday, stick around for the 9 PM fireworks show at Fireworks Avenue. It’s a stunning way to end your night, especially with all the extra seating and grassy areas they’ve added last season. Bring snacks, find a cosy spot, and you’re all set.
4. The Upgraded Carnaval®!
Looking for some thrills? Carnaval® got a massive upgrade last season, with even more heart-pounding attractions. There are now over 200 rides and games, including brand-new adventure experiences, space exploration activities, and fear-based attractions for the brave souls! Plus, a thrilling stunt shows that never fail to wow the crowds, along with 40,000+ live entertainment performances spread across the Main Stage, Kids’ Theatre, and the vibrant streets of Global Village.

And if you park in P3, don’t forget you can catch a FREE express train right to the park entrance.
However, if you are looking to park your car for the full day you can head to the Premium Parking on weekdays & weekends for AED 100 per day. For a more prime parking location closest to the entrance, head to the VIP Parking (Area 1 & 2) on weekdays & weekends for AED 200 per day.

Is It Worth The Visit (Spoiler Alert – YES!)
I mean come on, Global Village is one of Dubai’s most unique seasonal attractions, bringing together food, shopping, rides, and entertainment all in one place! I really mean it when I say, there’s something here for everyone. Want to go hunting for global snacks? Family fun day out? Shop from around the world, without leaving Dubai? You get all of this and so much more in ONE massive place.
What’s The Best Day To Visit?
As for the best days to visit, weekdays are your friend. Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays tend to be the quietest, making them perfect if you want to explore without the big crowds. Tuesdays are dedicated to families and ladies, offering a slightly calmer experience with a more family-oriented vibe. Weekends, on the other hand, are packed and buzzing, especially in the evenings, so if that’s when you’re going, it’s best to arrive right when the gates open in the afternoon or later in the night after the initial rush.
The Tea On Tickets

- AED 25 for weekdays (Sunday to Thursday, except public holidays)
- AED 30 for any day access
