Available daily from sunset for AED 149 per person, MINT’s specially curated Iftar menu blends Mediterranean and Arabic flavours, paired with refreshing handcrafted mocktails like karkadeh and jallab! Begin with a choice of indulgent appetisers – like premium Medjool dates stuffed with creamy goat cheese, drizzled with honey and topped with crushed pistachios, or a traditional lentil soup served with pita croutons and sumac.
For the main course, enjoy dishes that bring a modern twist to your classic favourites:
- Lamb Manoushe Pizza – featuring pulled spiced lamb, zaatar, caramelized onions, and pine nuts, finished with a cool yogurt sauce.
