Compassionate Services At No Cost
Losing a loved one is a deeply emotional experience, and Sanadkom aims to make the process easier for grieving families. Here’s how the program supports them:
- Essential Documentation: Assists in obtaining death certificates and other necessary permits.
- Burial and Transport: Covers embalming, ambulance services, and burial arrangements.
- Repatriation Assistance: Fully handles the process of transporting the deceased to their home country, with all costs covered by the Authority of Social Contribution – Ma’an.
Families receive a text message outlining these services shortly after a death notice is issued. The Sanadkom team also reaches out personally to provide support and guidance.
Unified Government Support
All necessary procedures can be completed directly at the healthcare facility where the death occurred, with medical professionals assisting in every step. The initiative unites seven key government entities, creating a seamless process for bereaved families:

- Judicial Department
- Pension Fund
- SEHA Health Services Company
