KHDA’s Big Announcement
Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has officially announced the holiday dates for Eid al-Fitr in 2024, and it’s going to be a whole week of celebration! Yes, you read that right. Kids are going to get the whole week off of school! And if you add in those adjacent weekends that makes a total of 9 days off from school! I think it’s time to fling those hats off your head and march around the room doing your signature happy dance with Mom and Dad.
The KHDA took to social media platforms like X to spread the word. According to their tweet, all private schools in Dubai will be closed from Monday, April 8, to Sunday, April 14, 2024, allowing students and teachers alike to fully immerse themselves in the festivities of Eid al-Fitr. Isn’t that just fantastic news?
All private schools, universities and nurseries in Dubai will be closed from Monday, April 8 to Sunday, April 14. Regular working hours will resume from Monday, April 15. We wish you all an enjoyable Eid break.
