Being a parent is hard, and quarantine has not made it any easier. Keeping yourself healthy is a different some parents are not even getting enough sleep. Especially for new parents, life is really hard. Since the pandemic, we know one thing for sure, health is wealth, hence many people started to workout and changed their fitness routine.
