Brisk Walking: 

Brisk walking for about 10 minutes at a time can significantly increase your oxygen levels. Brisk walking is also a great exercise if done for about 30 to 45 minutes each day. You can experiment with this at home, check your oxygen level and then brisk walk for about 10 minutes then check your oxygen again, it will go up for sure.

Deep Breathing: 

Not only will this exercise calm an anxious mind but also increase the oxygen levels in your body. Sit on a chair or a yoga mat with your back straight and deep breath, hold your breath for about 5-10 seconds and then release. Just 5 minutes of this exercise can work wonders. In a few days, you will notice that you can hold your breath, meaning your lung capacity has increased.

Drink a lot of water and try to eat fruits and vegetables as much as possible. Avoid non-vegetarian food as it is difficult to digest.
