On Sunday, 10 million people will visit Expo 2020 Dubai, and visitors will be treated to a special treat. Visitors are invited to join the celebrations on January 16 for an AED 10 ticket entry fee. With plenty of one-of-a-kind events to educate and entertain, the day promises to be one to remember.
From Friday at 5 p.m., tickets will be available online or at the Expo 2020 Dubai gates. Visitors with a Season Pass can enter without paying any additional fees. Visitors must show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test result obtained within 72 hours. Unvaccinated guests with a ticket can get free PCR tests at several locations throughout the UAE.
Some upcoming events that you should brace yourself for are the flagship event of Global Goals Week, ‘Global Goals for All,’ will raise awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), celebrate the progress made thus far, and emphasise the role of individuals and communities in driving global change for a more sustainable future for all by 2030 and a performance by Jang-Gu drums, a Taekwondo martial arts demonstration, and a special K-Pop concert at Jubilee Stage at 7.30 pm will mark the Republic of Korea’s National Day. Artists performing include (G)I-DLE, Stray Kids, Golden Child, PSY, Forestella, and Sunmi.
